The Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) provides a range of information services to individuals, communities and service providers to connect rural and remote people that may be struggling with their mental health to the help they need. This includes information on where to access services, how to keep mentally healthy, various training sessions, as well as the Glove Box Guide to Mental Health.

RAMHP Coordinators can be contacted during business hours in non-crisis situations to provide information on local mental health support services.  Our Coordinators contact details are available on our website.

RAMHP is a state-wide program for NSW. It is funded by the NSW Ministry of Health, Mental Health Branch under a funding agreement with the University of Newcastle, through its Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health (CRRMH) based in Orange NSW.
