Uralla Branch Annual & General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Uralla Branch invites all members to their Annual and General Meetings.

The Meeting will be held at "The Why Worry Winery" and all financial members are able to purchase a subsidised meal for $15. 

Agenda papers and the minutes from the last Annual and General Meetings will be forwarded to all members by the Branch Secretary.

Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair)
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer)
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates
• General Business

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened 

General Meeting Agenda 

• Motions for Annual Conference [an opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward]
• General Business

Please note Seven (7) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Four (4) delegates to Annual Conference.
