Members and guests are invited to attend the Wentworth Branch Annual Meeting.
 
Agenda:  

• Submission of Annual Report (Branch Chair)
• Branch Treasurer’s Balance Sheet
• Election of office bearers 
• Nomination of Annual Conference delegates
• Any general business

A quorum of seven voting members is required to conduct business and pass motions. 

The Branch is entitled to 4 delegates for Annual Conference, which are voting members.
 
After the meeting, meals will be available for purchase, so please join us for an informal dinner.
