By 30 September, all employing small businesses should either have complied with STP reporting obligations or have secured a deferral or exemption from the ATO.
Recently, the ATO has announced the ability for small businesses who only employ intermittently or seasonally for less than 3 months in a year to continue reporting quarterly.
