The Brocklesby Corowa Branch is having their Annual Meeting on the 21 March 2018 at the School of Arts Building, Brocklesby from 7:30pm.
 
Annual Meeting:

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 
• General Business

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting:

• Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
• General Business

Please Note: Ten (10) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send five (5) to conference.
