Hartley Branch Annual Meeting with President James Jackson
NSW Farmers' Hartley Branch invites all members to their Annual and General Meetings with special guest NSW Farmers President James Jackson. Members can purchase a meal at their cost from the bistro from 6pm prior to the meeting commencing. This will be a combined event with Oberon Branch and after the President’s presentation the branches will move to conduct their Annual and General meetings.
 
Annual Meeting Agenda:   

• Update from President James Jackson
• Submission of Annual Report (Chair)
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer)
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda:   

• Motions for Annual Conference - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward
• General Business

Please note: Five [5] voting members from Hartley Branch are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Two [2] delegates  to Annual Conference.
