Orange Branch Annual & General Meetings
Please join us for the Orange Branch Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 22 April 2020. Due to Covid-19, community gathering requirements, the AGM will be conducted via a video/teleconference platform. Andrew your Regional Services Manager is more than happy to help if required. It is new to some members and understandably can be daunting. We are here to help make it run smoothly and as easy as possible. 

Members are asked to call in at 6pm for a 6:15pm commencement.

To assist members in participating in the conference call, a practice call will be conducted between 12.00pm and 12.30pm and between 6pm and 6.15pm on Tuesday 21, April, where all members can call in to test the system. Call in details will be at the end of the email.
 
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be:  

• Apologies
• Previous Minutes - Click here for draft AGM minutes
• Matters arising
• Submission of Annual Report (Branch Chair) (This will be emailed one week before the AGM to all members)
• Branch Treasurer’s Annual Report. (This will be emailed to all members one week before the meeting.)
• Election of office bearers:
        - Chair
        - Deputy
        - Secretary
        - Treasurer
        - Event coordinator/Publicity Officer 
• Apply for Capitation Fees 
• Nomination of Annual Conference delegates ( Delegates will be nominated in the event of an annual conference taking place)
• Any general business 

Please note: Ten [10] voting members from Orange Branch are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five [5] delegates  to Annual Conference.
