Walcha Branch Annual & General Meetings
Please join us for the Walcha Branch Annual and General Meetings on Monday 8 April at the Walcha Bowling Club. This will be a dinner meeting.

We will have a guest speaker talking to us about the Livestock Data link system.

Annual Meeting Agenda:  

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting Agenda:  

• Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
• General Business

Please Note:  Ten (10) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five (5) delegates to Annual Conference.
