Wellington Branch Annual & General Meetings
Wellington Branch would like to invite members to the Annual General Meeting. Due to NSW Farmers' Annual Conference being held mid September, we will meet at the Soldiers Club at 7pm on Monday, 17 August. Social distancing will need to be adhered to and reception will direct you to the meeting area behind the bar. We ask members to adhere to the COVID-19 Safe Meeting Guidelines.
 
Since the Annual Conference is being held virtually we will be able to nominate delegates and they will not be required to travel to AC. In order to streamline the process we be discussing the following special resolution to be considered by conference before voting commences:

* In respect to this AGM of NSWF Association all elected positions which are elected at AC/AGM will remain the same until the next AGM except for those office bearers wishing to retire and those whose constitutional time has expired. 
 
Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair] 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer] 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Ten [10] voting members  are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send five [5] delegates to Annual Conference. Annual Conference will be held virtually this year.
