Yass Branch Annual and General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Yass Branch invites members and their guests to the Annual General and General Meetings at 6:30pm on Thursday, 20 August via Video/Tele conference.

We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 6:15pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarize themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice.

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Ten [10] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five [5] delegates to Annual Conference.
