The NSW Quad Bike Safety Improvement Program is offering rebates that will give eligible farmers and their workers up to $2,000 to implement harm prevention measures in the workplace. This program is funded by SafeWork NSW.

  • An eligible business can access up to $2,000 rebates, accessible through a maximum of two applications, for any combination of the following eligible safety solutions:
      
    o Up to $1000 for each agricultural side-by-side vehicle (SSV) or up to $2000 for agricultural SSV purchased after 1 October 2019
    o Up to $500 for each Quadbar TM or ATV Lifeguard Operator Proctective Device (OPD) or up to $600 for OPD purchased after 1 October 2019
    o Up to $90 for each helmet compliant to AS/NZS1698:2006, NZS8600:2002, UNECE22.05
    o Up to $500 for the purchase one drone from the eligible list (maximum of one per eligible business), purchase must be done from 27 February 2019 onwards. 
      
  • Workers employed by eligible businesses can access a rebate for a maximum of 1 helmet each.
