3.  Eating Quality - Consumer expectations

Lamb age of slaughter and its effects on the eating quality will be an important issue for the Committee to review over the next 12 months. AMIC have signalled that they want the system reviewed and are pressing for sheep with two teeth to be called lamb. This is completely against association policy
