Currently it looks as if the new scheme will consist of three prevalence areas as opposed to the Associations policy of two areas. At the moment we are still trying to get the Minister to terminate the Transaction Contribution Scheme which now has more than sufficient funds to pay back the debt. We are also pursing the Minister to honour his election promise to write off the 4.2million debt as promised before the election.
