Education and TrainingThe NSW Farmers’ Association aims to provide members with relevant and accessible education and training opportunities. The Association directly entered the farm training market in 2005, contracting experienced trainers to present practical workshops as required by members. This year, 128 training activities were conducted, involving 2026 participants. The training programs that The NSW Farmers Association have compiled are comprehensive, and since inception have been a resounding success, assisting Farmers in key areas of their business from Farm Safety through to Farm Financial Management. Members saved more than $130,000 in discounts, and saved over 1,000 off-farm days through our innovative flexible delivery mechanisms, through the Association’s courses.
