NSW Farmers’ Association Training is offering Farm Planning under the Central West CMA incentive funding scheme.
We have contracted an experienced team of trainers to help farmers develop individual, practical farm plans. These plans will encourage sustainability of the farm business while addressing natural resource needs. Our trainers (Reg Kidd, John Hamilton and Doug Richard) are well known and respected by farmers throughout this region for their practical advice and assistance. All three operate their own farming businesses.
Kathy Sims presents the succession planning, business and financial planning. Kathy is a CPA and an ex rural financial counsellor with experience in working with many farming families.
Small groups of farmers work with our trainers in a team approach to produce individual farm plans. We are very flexible, so each group can choose an approach best suited to their needs and other commitments.
The after subsidy cost for a farm business will be $175 plus GST. This includes materials (manual; aerial photo of the farm, overlays, pens or computer mapping software) and training costs.
