Farm Safety Management

Occupational Health and Safety Legislation has been in force since 1 September 2003. The legislation applies to all farms and workplaces, whether or not you have employees.

Ignoring the changes will not give you any protection from penalties or other action by WorkCover.

Farm safety is a vital issue for you and your family. Your farm is not only your workplace; it is also your home. Look after your family by making it as safe as possible.

Farm Safety Management is a one day workshop for farmers. The workshop will provide you with the tools and information to meet your obligations under the legislation.
