Mining and Coal Seam Gas Communications Project
The NSW Farmers Mining and Coal Seam Gas Communications Project was established to provide landholders with a trusted source of unbiased, up to date and accurate information on mining and coal seam gas in NSW.
The project aims to improve landholder awareness of mining and coal seam gas activity in their region; improve landholder capacity to negotiate land access arrangements with exploration companies which seek access to their land; and, improve landholder awareness of the NSW Government's Strategic Regional Land Use Policy package and how it applies to mining and coal seam gas activities.
Resources ranging from fact sheets to online presentations (webinars) have been produced which can be accessed via this site.
We also hold Landholder Mining and Coal Seam Gas Workshops at regional locations across the State.
A toll-free Landholder Mining and Coal Seam Gas Hotline on 1300 794 000 has also been established to provide easy access to our Mining and Coal Seam Gas Officer who is able to help answer any questions you have.
You can also keep up to date with the latest NSW Farmers Mining and Coal Seam Gas Communications Project news by joining up on Facebook.
