Workshops for Landholders
NSW Farmers members and non-members can attend a Landholder Mining and Coal Seam Gas Workshop held at a regional centre in the State as part of the Mining and Coal Seam Gas Communications Project
Landholders want and need unbiased, up to date and accurate information on mining and coal seam gas from a source they trust, and these workshops are an opportunity to get that information and to ask any questions you have.
The workshops provide an opportunity to get up to date and accurate information on:
- mining and coal seam gas activity in your area,
- the NSW Government’s Strategic Regional Land Use Policy package, and
- landholder rights and land access arrangements with exploration companies.
We have completed all workshops planned at this stage, but are available to hold a workshop in your area subject to landholder demand. If you have not been able to attend one of our workshops, you might like to watch one of our webinars available here (link to webinars section in “List of Resources for Landholders”.
All our workshops are included in our project map of community engagement activities below.
