What you get -

IR & OH&S
Industrial Relations and OH&S are constantly changing areas, so it is important to be up-to-date with legislation.  Our practical on-farm strategies are specifi cally designed for students - the next generation. Topics explored through case studies are based on real-life examples the Association has had to deal with over the years, with a focus on making the participants aware of relevant industrial relations issues. The first workshop involved a hands-on approach, with approximately 120 first and second year agricultural and rural science students participating in an on-farm occupational health and safety workshop. Students were again encouraged to think practically about solutions to common problems on-farm, using examples based on Member queries and experiences.
