NSW Farmers' Beresfield Poultry Meat Branch would like to invite members to the upcoming Annual and General meeting.

Join us at the Meeting Room, Beresfield Bowling Club on Tuesday, 24 May. The annual and general meetings will commence at 11:00am. All members are encouraged to attend.

Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda 

• Motions for Executive Council - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward. Please consider providing proposed motions in your RSVP, this will allow us to check for an existing policy and/or background to the issue.
• General Business

Please note Five [5] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Two [2] delegates to Annual Conference.
