Gilgandra Region NSW Farmers Branch Annual & General Meeting
NSW Farmers' Bearbong, Collie, Gilgandra, Gulargambone and Tooraweenah branches are proposing to merge and would to invite you to the upcoming Branch Annual and General Meetings. 

We will hold the meeting via Video and Phone conference. 

We will open the meeting 30 minutes early at 7pm for anyone who would like time to familiarize yourselves with the video platform. Andrew your RSM from NSW Farmers will assist if required - see instructions at bottom of email. You can simply dial in via landline if more comfortable.

• General Meeting - Bearbong Branch
- Bearbong Branch Motion (to be moved by a member of Bearbong Branch)
"That Bearbong Branch merges with Gilgandra Branch and transfers all monies and investments to Gilgandra Branch".
This is voted on by Bearbong Branch members present at the meeting.
 
• General Meeting - Collie Branch
- Collie Branch Motion (to be moved by a member of Collie Branch)
"That Collie Branch merges with Gilgandra Branch and transfers all monies and investments to Gilgandra Branch".
This is voted on by Collie Branch members present at the meeting.
 
• General Meeting - Gulargambone Branch
- Gulargambone Branch Motion (to be moved by a member of Gulargambone Branch)
"That Gulargambone Branch merges with Gilgandra Branch and transfers all monies and investments to Gilgandra Branch".
This is voted on by Gulargambone Branch members present at the meeting.
 
• General Meeting - Tooraweenah Branch
- Tooraweenah Branch Motion (to be moved by a member of Tooraweenah Branch)
"That Tooraweenah Branch merges with Gilgandra Branch and transfers all monies and investments to Gilgandra Branch".
This is voted on by Tooraweenah Branch members present at the meeting.

Gilgandra Branch Motion (to be moved by a member of Gilgandra Branch)
"That Gilgandra Branch merges with Collie, Bearbong, Gulargambone and Tooraweenah Branch's"
This is voted on by Gilgandra Branch members present at the meeting.
 
• If successful,
The members of the now combined branch may consider a branch name change and how they might account for any transferred monies.
