Workplace Information Session - Orange
NSW Farmers will be holding a Workplace Relations update session  in Orange the night before Australian National Field Days commences.
 
Presenter:

• Gracia Kusuma  - NSW Farmers - Workplace Relations Director

Topics will include:- 

• Recent changes with the Horticulture Award and Pastoral Award (casual conversion and minimum engagement)
• Piecework rate
• Safety updates
• Managing staff numbers during drought

We would also like feedback about an ‘AgVisa’ and the specific labour needs of horticulture in the Central West.  In particular, we are keen for as much data and as many case studies as we can to bolster the case to Government that there is a need.
