NSW Farmers' Bathurst Branch would like to invite members and guests to the Bathurst RSL from 6pm for Dinner at the branches expense on Monday, 27 June. Meeting to start at 7pm in the Courtyard room.

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda 

• Discuss motions going to Annual Conference 
• General Business

Please note Ten [10] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three [3] delegates to Annual Conference.
