Whether you are running your first farming business or working for someone else, it’s important to know what your goals are, how to communicate well, know your business obligations and how to keep up to date.

This workshop aims to cover issues that arise when you’re starting out – employing your first worker(s) and managing farm business risks:   

Business goals - why it’s important to have them and to communicate them to the team

Safety - the cost to business and to workers, family and self, should an accident happen
