Members and their guests are invited to attend their Menindee Annual and General Meetings at the Maidens' Hotel at 4pm, Tuesday, 28 June followed by dinner.

• Motions for Western Division Council (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward).

Please note Five [5] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Two [2] delegates to Annual Conference.
