Bathurst Branch Annual & General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Bathurst Branch invites all members to their Annual and General Meetings with special guest NSW Farmers President James Jackson. Members can purchase a meal at their cost from the bistro from 6pm prior to the meeting commencing.
 
Annual Meeting Agenda:   

• Update from President James Jackson
• Submission of Annual Report (Chair)
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer)
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda:   

• Motions for Annual Conference - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward
• General Business

Please note: Ten [10] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Four [4] delegates  to Annual Conference.
