Berrigan/Jerilderie Branch invites all members to its Annual & General Meetings at 7pm on Wednesday 3 April at the Federal Hotel, Berrigan.

Special Guest: 

Roy Hamilton - GRDC Northern
Roy operates a 4400ha mixed farming enterprise near Rand. Roys has sat on the GRDC Northern Committee for 18 months. 

Annual Meeting Agenda:  

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting Agenda:  

• Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
• General Business

Please Note: Ten (10) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Six (6) delegates to Annual Conference.
