Cumberland Branch Annual and General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Cumberland Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual and General Meetings at 6:30pm on Wednesday, 16 September via Video and Tele Conference. 

We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 6:15pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarise themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice.  

Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair] 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer] 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda  

• General Business
• Discussion on the activities and desires of members for future engagement with their branch.

Please note Ten [10] voting members  are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five [5] delegates to Annual Conference. Annual Conference will be held virtually this year.
