General meeting  

• Guest speakers who members would like to attend meetings regarding items of significant importance.
• An appropriate meeting schedule to allow maximum input from members.
• Any other items for General Business to be forwarded to Chair seven (7) days before meeting, with accompanying background information.

Annual Meeting: 

• Chairman's report 
• Treasurer's report 
• Election of office bearers 
• Motion for capitation fees 
• Delegates for annual conference

Please note five (5) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send two (2) delegates to Annual Conference.
