Holbrook Branch Annual & General Meetings
The Holbrook Branch of the NSW Farmers Association Invites members and guests to join them for their Annual and General Meetings. 
 
The Branch failed to get a quorum for an Annual meeting. It was resolved in General Meeting that the branch would explore two options:
 
That the Branch go into recess: All members be allocated to other branches in the area unless an executive can be found. 
 
That the Branch merge into Billabong Branch 
 
With a strong number of members the branch is viable in its own right. It would be great to encourage a group to take on the advocacy in the local area.

• Submission of Chairs Report
• Presentation of the Treasurers Report
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Seven [7] voting members  are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three [3] delegates to Annual Conference. Annual Conference will be held virtually this year.
