Junee Branch invites all members to their Annual and General Meetings.

Guest Speaker 

Dr Anthony Clark, DPI Leader of Climate and Digital Agriculture
Dr Clark will brief the meeting on the state seasonal update and emerging technology and research that DPI is doing to assist in monitoring conditions. 

Annual Meeting Agenda:   

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair)
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer)
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda:   

• Motions for Annual Conference - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward
• General Business

Please note: Seven (7) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three (3) delegates to Annual Conference.
