Merriwa Branch Annual Meeting
The NSW Farmers Merriwa Branch is having their Annual Meeting on Monday 16 April at the Merriwa RSL Club at 6:30pm. 
 
Members and Guests will be joined by Meat and Livestock Australia Field Manager, Brendan Wade, who will present on current livestock market trends and what's influencing them. 
 
After Mr Wade's presentation the branch will hold a short Annual and General meeting- the agenda is as follows:
 
Annual Meeting:

• Minutes of last annual meeting 
• Chairman's report 
• Treasurer's report 
• Election of office bearers 
• Motion for capitation fees 
• Delegates for annual conference 

General Meeting: 

• Motions for annual conference 
• General Business

Members are advised to get to the venue at 6:00pm if they wish to order dinner, for a 6:30pm start. 
 
Please note seven (7) voting members are required to attend to form a quorum. The branch is able to send two (2) delegates to Annual Conference.
