NSW Farmers' Molong Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual and General Meetings at 7:00pm on Wednesday, 23 September via Video and Tele Conference. 

Guest Speaker: 

• Hon Sam Farraway will be joining us and is happy to answer any question you may have including a discussion on Mulesing and the future of Dairy.

We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 6:45pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarize themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice.

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair] 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer] 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Seven [7] voting members  are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three [3] delegates to Annual Conference. Annual Conference will be held virtually this year.
