Orange Branch Annual & General Meetings and Dinner
Please join us for the Orange Branch Annual Meeting and then a General Meeting and dinner.
  
Members are asked to arrive by 6pm to order dinner prior to the commencement of the Annual Meeting which will be 6:15pm.

The venue is upstairs at the Lord Anson, Anson Street Orange.
  
Dinner will be at members’ expense and will be taken at approximately 7pm
 
The business of the Annual Meeting will be:

• Previous Minutes
• Matters arising
• Submission of Annual Report (Branch Chair)
• Branch Treasurer’s Balance Sheet
• Election of office bearers:
        - Chair
        - Deputy
        - Secretary
        - Treasurer
        - Event coordinator/Publicity Officer 
• Apply for Capitation Fees 
• Nomination of Annual Conference delegates
• Any general business

The business of the General Meeting is expected to commence at 7:30pm and will be:

• Correspondence
• Chair’s report
• Treasurer’s report and expenditure motion
• Horticulture report
• Executive Councillors’ reports
• Cattle Committee market - Phil Gunn
• Federal election
• Annual Conference motions

Note:  Jess Fearnley, NSW DPI Horticulture Development Officer, may join us for the meeting, subject to availability and provide a 5 minute talk on what projects she is working on.
 
Please note: Ten [10] voting members from Orange Branch are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five [5] delegates  to Annual Conference.
