Bingara Branch Annual Meeting with Livestock Focus
The NSW Farmers Bingara Branch is having their Annual Meeting on Friday 23 March at the Imperial Hotel, 6:00pm. 
 
Members and Guests will be joined by Meat and Livestock Australia Field Manager, Brendan Wade, who will present on current livestock market trends and what's influencing them. 
 
After the Annual Meeting a short General Meeting will occur to discuss motions for submission to Annual Conference and any general business.

• Chairman's report 
• Treasurer's report 
• Election of office bearers 
• Motion for capitation fees 
• Delegates for annual conference 

General Meeting: 

• Motions for annual conference 
• General Business

Please note, five (5) voting members are required to attend to form a quorum. The Bingara branch is able to elect two (2) delegates to send to Annual Conference.
 
The Bingara Branch will provide dinner to members at no cost. Guests are welcome to stay and order meals from the hotel.
