A New Delegate Session will occur in the main meeting room at 8:30am on Tuesday, 23 July 2019.  This session will cover the running of the conference and the rules of debate.  This is designed to give new delegates an understanding of the Annual Conference to enable them to participate fully once the conference has begun.
