Due to COVID, Annual Conference this year will be conducted via online means, a combination of video-conferencing and email based interactions. 

Agenda for Annual Conference will be kept to compulsory business prescribed by the Constitution, including elections of office bearers. 

Consideration and debate of industry policy will not occur this year due to limitation of the available online platforms in accommodating robust and dynamic debate involving large groups of people. Instead, policy deliberations will continue to be progressed through virtual Executive Council meetings. Motions that have been confirmed by the supporting branches to be debated at Annual Conference will be deferred to 2021 Annual Conference when a face to face Conference can hopefully be convened.

The opening of Conference will be conducted via Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed to Delegates one week prior to the opening of Conference, on 30 September 2020. Elections of office bearers will be conducted through online ballots circulated by email.
