Wagga Wagga District Branch invites all members to their Annual and General Meetings.
 
Meeting to be held at Romanos from 6:30pm.

Annual Meeting Agenda:  

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting Agenda:  

• Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
• General Business

A guest Speaker is to be confirmed and will be advised in the coming days.  

Please Note: Ten (10) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Six (6) delegates to Annual Conference.
