Oyster Focus Workshops
A targeted workshop series for NSW oyster growers, delivered in partnership with DPIRD Aquaculture and Ocean Watch.
Workshops will be delivered in:
- Merimbula
- Narooma
- Port Stephens
- Far North Coast
Each location will host four workshops focused on business capability and environmental resilience.
Key topics include:
- Business risk and financial management
- Environmental risk, carbon and ecosystem services
- Stock management and emerging aquaculture technology
- Biosecurity, food safety and workplace safety
Participants will be supported to progress towards a Commercial Farm Development Plan
