NSW Rural Emerging Leaders Program
NSW Farmers has partnered with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation to establish an annual NSW Rural Emerging Leaders Program as part of the Farm Business Resilience Program.
This program will support the next generation of agricultural leaders through structured leadership development and applied learning.
Program features include:
- Fully funded placements for 15 young farmers in 2028 and 2029
- Independent selection and assessment managed by the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation
- Statewide eligibility and competitive application process
Applications open January 2028.
