Canowindra Branch - Annual & General Meetings
The Canowindra Branch invites members and guests to attend a Dinner and Annual and General Meetings at the Old Vic Inn, Canowindra at 6pm for 6:30pm on Tuesday, 28 June.

After the Annual Meeting, a short General Meeting will occur to discuss motions for submission to Executive Council and any general business.

Dinner for members is complimentary, non-members $40.  Please RSVP by Thursday, 23 June and select your menu choice in your RSVP. 

Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda 

• Discussion of Motions on Annual Conference agenda - An opportunity for members to direct Branch Delegates in their voting on motions at Annual Conference.
• General Business

Please note Ten [10] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five [5] delegates to Annual Conference.
