The Kikoira & District Branch Annual and General Meetings will be held via Zoom (details below) at 6:30pm on the evening of Monday, 27 June 2022. Zoom will be open from 6:15pm to ensure a prompt start.

Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda 

• Discussion of Motions on Annual Conference agenda - An opportunity for members to direct Branch Delegates in their voting on motions at Annual Conference.
• General Business

Please note Seven [7] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three [3] delegates to Annual Conference.
