NSW Farmers is hosting two Open Days at Australian Oyster Coast (AOC) Port Macquarie. These open days will allow growers the opportunity to understand how hatcheries operate, including access to algae rooms and larval tanks.
The workshops will be hosted by Todd Graham, the NSW Farmers’ Hatchery Liaison Officer, and are free to attend for all interested stakeholders in the NSW oyster industry.
Open Days will be held on the following dates at AOC Port Macquarie:
- Thursday, 11 January 2024
- Thursday, 29 February 2024
