NSW Farmers' Dunedoo Branch invites members and guests to its Annual and General Meetings to be held at the Dunedoo Bowling Club on 30 April at 6pm.

- Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
- Presentation of Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
- Election of Office Bearers
- Motion for Capitation Fees
- Nominate Annual Conference Delegates
Following the Annual Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.
General Meeting Agenda
- Motions for Annual Conference/Executive Council Meeting - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of your organisation moving forward. Please consider providing proposed motions in your RSVP, this will allow us to check for an existing policy and/or background to the issue.
- General Business
Please note SEVEN [7] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send THREE [3] delegates to Annual Conference.
