Gundagai Branch Annual and General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Gundagai Branch invites members and their guests to the Annual General and General Meetings at 7:00pm on Wednesday, 19 August via Video/Tele conference.

We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 6:45pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarize themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice.

• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

• Transgrid Humelink Project
• Tourism and rebuilding the local economy
• General Business

Please note Ten [10] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Four [4] delegates to Annual Conference.
