Condobolin Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual & General Meetings at 6.30pm for 7pm on Wednesday 17 April at the Condobolin RSL.

Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair)
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer)
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates
• General Business

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened

• Motions for Annual Conference [an opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward]
• General Business

Please Note: Seven (7) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three delegates (3) to Annual Conference.
