Lockhart Branch Annual & General Meetings
Lockhart Branch will be hosting a meeting on Tuesday, 25 August 2020 from 6:30pm at the Lockhart Ex-Serviceman's Club. Dinner will be provided prior to the meeting. 
 
Due to COVID19, RSVP will be important, COVID protocols are in place at branch level and from the venue itself. We ask members to adhere to the COVID-19 Safe Meeting Guidelines.
 
Annual Meeting Agenda: 

• Minutes of last annual meeting 
• Chairman's report 
• Treasurer's report 
• Election of office bearers 
• Motion for capitation fees 
• Delegates for Annual Conference  

General Meeting Agenda:  

• Motions for Executive Council  
• General Business

Seven (7) voting members are required for a quorum, and the branch is entitled to send Four (4) Delegates to Annual Conference.
