Mirrool Creek Branch invites all members to its Annual & General Meetings at 6.30pm on Tuesday 16 July at the London Hotel, Ardlethan.  

Invited Speakers 

Dr Hanwen Wu, Senior Research Scientist, Weed biology, integrated weed management, DPI Wagga Wagga.  Dr Wu has co-authored a document summarising research and practical control of silverleaf nightshade. It details control strategies, including herbicide timing, products to use and the need for integrated control, including aspects like competitive pastures and crops.

Annual Meeting Agenda:  

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please Note: Seven (7) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Four delegates (4) to Annual Conference.
