Upper Lachlan Branch Annual and General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Upper Lachlan Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual and General Meetings at 7:00pm on Wednesday, 23 September via Video and Tele Conference. 

We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 6:45pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarize themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice.

Alice Jarrett - Water NSW Community Engagement Officer
Alice will be giving an update on the Wyangala Dam Wall Raising and the scope of the project and the engagements with the community around the project.

• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer] 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Seven [7] voting members  are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Four [4] delegates to Annual Conference. Annual Conference will be held virtually this year.
