Exploring strategies to improve soil carbon, associated production benefits and potential carbon trading opportunities.

Dr Susan Orgill – Soil Scientist, DPI
Susan is passionate about delivering farm-ready research focusing on strategies to increase soil carbon and nutrient cycling in agricultural soil. 

Dr Terry McCosker OAM
Terry is a pioneer in the field of soil carbon and carbon farming, having been committed to research and commercial activity in this area since the early 2000’s. He founded Carbon Link in 2007 and remains the Chairman of this agricultural carbon aggregator.

Case Study Farmers 
Local farmers will share their stories about undertaking soil carbon projects.

Service providers and mentors will be on hand for breakout groups session and during the breaks.
